The figure of the teacher

Well today I chose to talk about the figure of the teacher.  In fact, to be honest, I have a lot to talk about since I have seen many teacher models so far.

For a student, the figure and the teacher is so appropriate that it comes from a moment when it becomes vital. A large part of the students' time is spent in school and everything that happens there, no doubt, is deeply ingrained in their lives, in their memory.

So it all starts with that person standing in front of the tires every day, by their teacher. The example that the student gives you is what you can do to imitate, to make him confident the moment you come out into life. For this reason, the figure of the teachers is only, not only at the center of the children, but also in the image we create for the ideal lessons.

Part of the ideas is his behavior. Instead of building and expressing everyday, it would be more fun for the students if the teachers were not their supporters.

In adolescence children go through various moments of euphoria and depression, in these moments, the only one to look for those who are needed to become closer. Teachers are the ones who have the opportunity and should know how to do it, better than anyone else. Due to high sensitivity and strong ties, not fully used by children and parents go as they should go and when this happens, teenagers leave their parents and may find another temporality. As you spend most of your time in school, teachers describe our example and benchmarks for our ideas and actions.

Thus, the figure of teachers becomes extremely proof in the process of education and formation of adolescents.

The ideal teacher would be one who  can live as fairly as possible a student assessment. Because it is not uncommon for teachers to have no idea at all of the effect of grades and its value. Perhaps it would be more accurate to say that they do not want to know.

Often times, lack of seriousness is assessed by teachers, becomes the cause for the birth of a jealousy and hurts among the children who use it.

Adolescents today are tired of being confronted with the example of weak teachers, who are corrupted in various ways, who preach honesty and dignity, and, when the time comes to act, forget what he has said. They are tired of the figure and the teachers who, more than counseling, educated and close, resembles a "gendarme".

When we enter first grade, one of the other expressions they learn is, "The teacher is like a second parent." But, nowadays, it seems that the charged role of "parent" has miraculously "motivated" the "teacher", making him direct to do for children, to educate them with the feeling of fear and me servility.

The time has come for the ideal teacher not to be with just one image.To achieve this we do not need a "gendarme" or "guardian", but a human, to us, in the first place, sees the human, the characteristics of age, who does not highlight our positive, who encourages us to moving forward, supporting us in our decisions, being proud of our carelessness and spontaneity, and being honest and transparent is what helps us move forward because, in the first place, before you are heroes or production, we must be human.
